I am Mrs. Maloney, I am excited to start my 4th year working at LMS teaching the Business Technology courses where students learn critical skills for use in future technical careers. I cannot wait to see how the lives of our young people, school, and community are impacted during this new school year. Originally from West Virginia and after graduating from WVU I moved to Clewiston where I started teaching at the high school eleven years ago, since then I have enjoyed earning my Masters from University of Phoenix and becoming involved in various community activities. Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my husband and our pets: 1 dog, 4 horses, and 2 cats.

My name is Kaci McCullers, and I am thrilled to be starting my second year of instructing the Allied Health Academy (AHA) at LaBelle High School. I am a LaBelle native and graduated from LaBelle High School in 2006. I have been a registered nurse since 2010 and received my BSN degree from FSW in 2020. For the last 8 years I have been working at the Florida Department of Health in Hendry County. I have experience working at Cape Coral Hospital, Mollen Immunization Clinic, Nurse on Call Home Health, Health Department clinics, and School Health Consulting/Coordinating.
I have a true passion for working with students and showing them all of the opportunities the healthcare field has to offer. My favorite thing about teaching is watching students gain confidence as their patient care skills improve throughout the year. As a result of this success, I am proud to say that the Allied Health Academy certification passing rates have exceeded those of the national average. This year the academy will be offering 2 certifications: Medical Administrative Assistant (MAA) and Patient Care Technician (PCT). AHA students have many clinical opportunities throughout the year so they can get real world experience of what it’s like working in the healthcare field. These clinical rotations are done in local healthcare facilities in LaBelle, as well as Lee Memorial Hospital.
